Sabayon is a provider of fine private dining. We have a combined hospitality experience of over 18 years in the kitchen and front of house.

We specialise in small group dining and events, in house or on location. Whether it is for a proposal, pre wedding dinner, board meeting or simply a relaxing dinner party with great friends we will take care of all your needs. We prefer to keep the numbers to a maximum of 16 so we can always offer a premium service and ensure the freshest and most seasonal produce of this abundant area.
